ACCREDITATION AND LICENSING REGULATIONS
EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT (AZAV)

Cert-IT GmbH was already accredited by the Federal Employment Agency on June 6th, 2005 to allow educational institutions and measures. As part of the instrument reform, the authority for accreditation has been transferred from the Federal Employment Agency to the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) since April 1st, 2012.

Since April 1st, 2012, the Accreditation and Licensing Ordinance for Employment Promotion (AZAV) has regulated - in conjunction with the law to improve integration opportunities in the labor market - the licensing of providers and measures. Since then, all institutions that carry out employment promotion measures have required approval, regardless of whether they want to participate in tenders or offer vouchers.

So-called expert bodies, such as Cert-IT GmbH, are responsible for approval. Cert-IT is one of the first professional bodies of this kind, which since 2005 has had the goal of providing quality and transparency at educational institutions for the benefit of job seekers, companies and the public sector.

  • NETWORK REQUIREMENTS
Bandwidth: Please note that sufficient bandwidth must be available to conduct the online exams. We recommend a downstream of at least 100 kbit/s net (better: 200 kbit/s) and an upstream of at least 20 kbit/s net (better: 50 kbit/s). In a test session with 10 people taking the test at the same time, you should have at least 2 MBit/s downstream and 500 kBit/s upstream. Proxy server / content filter: We discourage the use of proxy servers and content filters as they can occasionally cause problems with the online tests that are difficult to diagnose. When using proxy servers, it is essential to ensure that the domains of the administration system and the required verification systems are whitelisted (below this text). If necessary, please contact the administrator of your local network. Domains for whitelisting: cert-admin.cert-it.com / http and https / management systemdlgi.lplus-teststudio.de / http and https / examination system Client-side requirements Operating systems: Windows 7/8/8.1/10 Macintosh OS X 10.4.3 LinuxOS Browser: Internet Explorer from version 10 Firefox from version 45 Google Chrome from version 65 Screen resolution: A native screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 MUST be used, otherwise some questions cannot be fully displayed. Pop-up blockers: To ensure that the exams can be carried out without any problems, we recommend that you allow pop-ups for the above-mentioned domains BEFORE the online tests are carried out. Please note that add-ons and plugins such as or various protection software on the client can also block pop-ups. If in doubt, please consult your local administrator to have the appropriate settings made. Mozilla Firefox: You can find the pop-up blocker settings in Mozilla Firefox under Menu -> Settings -> Content. In the window that appears, click on Exceptions in the "Block pop-up windows" area and please allow the domains of the systems used there (see "Network requirements").
